You will lead incident resolution, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with engineering and executive teams. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in network operations or telecom leadership, with deep VOIP/SIP, SD-WAN, and broadband expertise.

• 8+ years of experience in network operations or telecom leadership.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical lead for the NOC, driving innovation and operational excellence.
• Define and enforce best practices for network monitoring, incident response, and escalation.
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance VOIP, SD-WAN, and broadband service delivery.
• Act as a liaison between NOC, engineering, and executive leadership.
• Oversee vendor relationships and SLA compliance.
• Mentor and develop career paths for NOC staff across all levels.
