Job summary

Eaton seeks a Network Supplier Performance Manager for its IS AER FMC division, based at North Charleston, SC or Jackson, MS. This hybrid role reports to the Operations Fulfillment Manager and partners with planning, facilities, and procurement to ensure material flow and supplier performance.

You will drive supplier recovery, lead IPT material strategies, and implement best-in-class procurement processes while traveling up to 75% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management.
• Willing to travel up to 75%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Export control eligibility as a U.S. person.

Responsibilities

• Direct supplier recovery efforts with corrective action plans.
• Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Lead material and supplier strategies within IPTs.
• Establish best-in-class procurement processes.
• Develop procurement knowledge within COE and Operations Fulfillment.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and close gaps.
