Qualifikationen

• 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management supporting a manufacturing environment.
• Must be willing to travel up to 75% to supplier sites.
• U.S. ITAR compliance awareness and eligibility to work in the United States.
• This position does not support immigration sponsorship.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Irvine, CA.

Aufgaben

• Direct supplier recovery efforts by developing and executing corrective action plans and monitoring performance.
• Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to drive alignment and performance.
• Serve as the primary supply chain focal point within IPTs and lead material and supplier strategies.
• Establish procurement processes in alignment with corporate procedures and training guides.
• Develop procurement knowledge within the Procurement Center of Excellence and Operations Fulfillment.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and address gaps with tactical recovery plans.
• Drive systemic improvements at sites and focus supplier sites using procurement tools.
• Use supply chain data to refine Operations Fulfillment priorities.
