Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Network Supplier Performance Manager to lead supplier performance across the network from Irvine, California. This role partners with procurement, planning, and manufacturing to improve on-time delivery and drive supplier corrective actions.

Travel up to 75% to supplier sites; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Irvine. A bachelor’s degree and 5 years in supply chain are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management supporting a manufacturing environment.
Must be willing to travel up to 75% to supplier sites.
U.S. ITAR compliance awareness and eligibility to work in the United States.
This position does not support immigration sponsorship.
Must reside within 50 miles of Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities

Direct supplier recovery efforts by developing and executing corrective action plans and monitoring performance.
Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to drive alignment and performance.
Serve as the primary supply chain focal point within IPTs and lead material and supplier strategies.
Establish procurement processes in alignment with corporate procedures and training guides.
Develop procurement knowledge within the Procurement Center of Excellence and Operations Fulfillment.
Monitor supplier performance metrics and address gaps with tactical recovery plans.
Drive systemic improvements at sites and focus supplier sites using procurement tools.
Use supply chain data to refine Operations Fulfillment priorities.
