Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Network Supplier Performance Manager based near Irvine, CA. This role leads supplier performance initiatives across the network, coordinating with planning, manufacturing, and procurement to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Travel up to 75% is required to manage supplier relationships within the region. The candidate will drive corrective actions, implement best practices, and work within IPTs to meet program commitments and cost targets while ensuring compliance with ITAR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management supporting a manufacturing environment.
• Must be willing to travel up to 75%. Mostly local travel to suppliers within Orange County, CA.
• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is ITAR regulated and requires U.S. person status.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this role; must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities

• Direct supplier recovery efforts by developing and executing corrective action plans and monitoring performance.
• Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to align goals and improve communication.
• Serve as the primary supply chain focal point within IPTs, guiding material and supplier strategies for program execution.
• Establish and maintain best-in-class procurement processes in line with corporate guidelines and training.
• Develop commodity knowledge within Procurement Center of Excellence to support supplier management and continuous improvement.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and address gaps with tactical recovery plans as needed.
• Drive systemic procurement improvements at sites and supplier locations using procurement tools.
• Leverage supply chain data to set Operations Fulfillment priorities aligned with site goals.
