Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in the United States is seeking a Network Team Lead to support Technical Leads, Field Technicians, Project Management and Network Engineering in deploying networking hardware for global clients. This role requires travel to customer sites and remote support to ensure high-quality service.

The position emphasizes training, adherence to EOS standards, and collaboration with PMO and network engineers to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience leading teams.
• Able to read and understand SOP/DPKs to ensure correct execution.
• Must be agile with a strong sense of urgency.
• Responsive, efficient with excellent customer interaction and professionalism.
• Experience with networking hardware (routers, switches, cabling).
• Hands-on experience with Juniper/Cisco Aruba networking.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and BOMs.
• Able to travel to client sites and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the network team to deliver best-in-class service.
• Coach and train field resources on EOS/client standards.
• Collaborate with Project Management to assign technicians to projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the network environment.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support as needed.
• Represent EOS in client meetings and maintain documentation.
