Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Network Field Technician - Tier 2 to support deployment and maintenance of networking hardware at customer sites worldwide. You will work under engineers and project managers to ensure onsite installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in IT, networking, field service, or a related technical role.
• Basic understanding of networking hardware and cabling types (Cat5e/6, fiber).
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, racking, and cabling of network hardware (routers, switches, APs).
• Run and terminate copper and fiber optic cabling under supervision.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of physical connectivity issues.
• Follow detailed instructions, diagrams, and layouts to perform installations accurately.
• Support Wi-Fi survey teams with setup and equipment handling.
