Qualifications

• 3+ years of network operations experience in a large-scale enterprise or service provider environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support for MPLS backbone, DC, Edge, Internet connectivity, metro and long-haul networks.
• Mentor junior team members, handle escalations, and develop network automation playbooks.
• Maintain and upgrade networks to current standards; coordinate peering expansions.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Engage in open discussions and detailed follow-through with global stakeholders.
