Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Networking/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Network Engineering Fundamentals.
• Ability to work varied shift times (early mornings/late nights).
• Fundamental knowledge of enterprise network environments and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot wireless, LAN and WAN issues.
• Diagnose and identify root causes of network issues.
• Maintain consistency (code, platforms, configuration) across the global fleet.
• Schedule and execute change requests.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners within a large-scale enterprise.
