Quantinuum, based in Broomfield, Colorado, seeks an IT Network Engineer II to join its global IT Network Engineering team. You will manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, coordinate large-scale projects, and act as a third-line escalation partner to ensure system reliability and security.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and vulnerability management while offering a potential hybrid schedule and opportunities for travel to US sites and rare international trips.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in network engineering with enterprise networks.
• 3+ years firewall hardware/software experience with a global footprint.
• 3+ years of VLANs, trunking, and port configurations experience.
• Ability to install network devices and terminate cables for optimal connectivity.
• U.S. Person required due to contractual and security requirements.
• National security requirements may restrict certain nationalities.

Responsabilités

• Install, rack, cable, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, and other network devices in data center and on-prem environments.
• Monitor network performance and respond to alerts or service disruptions.
• Troubleshoot routine network issues escalated from IT support teams and provide after-hours support.
• Support vulnerability assessments and implement measures to enhance network security.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
• Travel to US sites and occasional international trips to ensure project delivery and mentorship.
• Respond to and coordinate after-hours events or crises.
