Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3–6 years of enterprise networking experience required.
- Experience supporting routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, VPN, and WAN.
Responsibilities
- Support enterprise routing, switching, wireless, firewall, VPN, and WAN infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents and service disruptions.
- Monitor network performance, reliability, and capacity.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain operational documentation and network diagrams.
