Job summary

Quantinuum is seeking an Endpoint Engineer in the Broomfield, CO area to manage desktop and mobile endpoints across a global IT organization. You will handle configuration, imaging, patching, deployment, and packaging, working with Intune, Defender for Endpoint, AD, and GP in a heterogeneous environment.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise endpoint administration, strong collaboration, and the ability to respond to after-hours incidents. Travel to other sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in heterogeneous desktop and endpoint administration in large environments.
• Proven endpoint engineer background with MDM experience.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Office 365, AD, GP, Intune and DfE.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software.
• Deploy and manage MDM solutions for mobile devices.
• Perform routine patches, imaging, deployment and optimization.
• Troubleshoot desktop and mobile issues and provide end-user support.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate with network and applications.
• Create and maintain documentation on configurations and policies.
• Participate in planning desktop/mobile infrastructure projects.
• Stay current with desktop/mobile tech trends and security practices.
