Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Manager to bridge strategy and execution across AWS Infrastructure Services.

You will partner with leaders to establish critical business processes, guide tooling development, and deliver operational mechanisms impacting financial management, workforce planning, and organizational health. You will collaborate with Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR, and other senior leaders to expand initiatives across AWS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the connective tissue between strategy and execution within the organization.
• Partner with leaders to establish and drive critical business processes, guide tooling development, and deliver operational mechanisms.
• Earn trust with partner teams such as Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources, and other leaders.
• Organize and facilitate events with senior management to advance organizational initiatives and coordinate with external partners.
• Establish and enforce governance across all key mechanisms in the organization and drive operational excellence.
