Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Negotiation Support Group Manager to lead a global team of engineers supporting complex sales opportunities across regions. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and service leaders to guide technical negotiations and review customer requirements.

You will provide strategic direction for high-value opportunities, balance leadership with stakeholder engagement, and act as a key escalation point for critical customer discussions, aligning technical solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience in a technical engineering environment with global or multi-regional leadership.
• Proven expertise in technical sales support, product integration, contract negotiations, and management of complex high-value opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global engineering team providing negotiation support for complex sales opportunities.
• Define and execute the Negotiation Support Group strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee technical analyses, requirement evaluations, and feasibility assessments for proposals.
• Lead technical sales and contract negotiations, including executive presentations and issue resolution.
• Manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics; drive continuous improvement.
• Develop standard tools, methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration processes.
