You will lead consultative sales discussions, translate challenges into digital roadmaps, and position Siemens Energy as a trusted partner in industrial transformation. You will engage with executives and plant leaders, facilitate workshops on operational excellence and energy efficiency, and help customers achieve measurable value through

Qualifications

Requires 5+ years in Sales, Solution Sales or equivalent.
Extensive experience in industrial sales, business development, or digital transformation sales with a track record in target sectors.
Strong consultative selling capability with focus on business outcomes and ROI.

Responsibilities

Regional sales strategy development and execution for Digitalization and Industrial AI solutions.
Opportunity identification and business development within Oil & Gas, Fiber, Pulp & Paper, and Chemicals sectors.
Pipeline development and management to achieve annual order intake and revenue targets.
End-to-end leadership of complex sales engagements from discovery to contract award, focusing on recurring software and services revenue.
Executive stakeholder relationship management and translation of strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.
