Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking an ambitious Regional Service Manager to strengthen customer relationships and oversee service delivery. You will collaborate with Sales, CSEs and support resources to ensure seamless service operations and effective communication with customers.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a track record in service management, and the ability to translate complex documents into actionable plans.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of successful experience in a directly related field and relevant responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read, analyze and translate financial, scientific, and regulatory materials into action.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes and maintains relationships with customers, internal sales, and service teams.
• Acts as main point of contact for customer communication and service delivery.
• Supports service operations and day-to-day activities across regions.
• Schedules and coordinates meetings, and contributes to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
• Identifies End of Service (EOS) systems and communicates with sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Leads collaboration with KAM/KAE and service engineers to articulate the value of service agreements.
