Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Demand Planning & S&OP Manager for GSO AGT to lead global demand planning and governance, coordinating with Sales, Service, Engineering and regional teams to develop a data-driven demand view. You will influence capacity planning, investments, and delivery performance across a worldwide organization.

The role requires 10+ years in demand planning/S&OP and strong stakeholder management, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field, or substantial relevant experience.
10+ years of experience in demand planning, sales operations, business planning, S&OP, forecasting or related discipline.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; Advanced Excel; experience presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

Maintain unconstrained demand visibility and align with supply planning and S&OP.
Coordinate actions to convert forecast demand into planning commitments (POs, protection requests, time-fence requirements).
Define and govern minimum service demand and safety-stock requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
Establish and continuously improve the GSO AGT demand planning and governance process.
Develop methodologies for demand collection, forecasting and qualification.
Manage monthly demand planning calendar and consolidate demand signals.
