Innerspec Technologies, Inc. is seeking a high-energy Product Manager to drive global sales for our portable NDT equipment division. You will coordinate international sales teams, develop strategies, and expand our presence in industrial markets worldwide.

The role suits a technically minded, commercially driven professional who thrives on ownership, collaboration with engineering and manufacturing, and delivering results across regions with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or two-year technical degree with substantial industry experience.
• Experience in technical sales, business development, or commercial management in industrial markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with international teams.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities across regions.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and hands-on.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate global sales efforts for portable NDT equipment with regional teams and distributors.
• Set sales objectives, develop plans, monitor performance, and drive revenue targets.
• Identify new markets and applications to expand global sales and penetration.
• Support sales teams in opportunities, key accounts, proposals, and closing deals.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies including product positioning and pricing.
• Prepare technical docs, presentations, and marketing content for international sales.
• Provide product training and technical-commercial support to teams and customers.
• Collaborate with engineering on customer needs and product development.
• Coordinate with manufacturing on inventory and forecasts.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and ROI reports.
• Manage the product lifecycle for long-term commercial success.
