Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or two-year technical degree with substantial relevant industry experience.
• NDT industry knowledge and inspection equipment familiarity.
• Experience in technical sales or commercial management within industrial markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate with international teams.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills; able to motivate cross-regional teams.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented; capable of independent work.
• Hands-on, practical approach; willing to engage in sales and operational activities.
• Proficient with MS Office and sales reporting tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global sales for portable NDT equipment with regional teams and distributors.
• Set sales objectives, develop action plans, monitor performance to hit revenue targets.
• Identify new markets, customers, and applications to expand sales.
• Support teams in developing opportunities, proposals, and closing deals.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, product positioning and pricing.
• Prepare technical docs, presentations, training, and marketing content.
• Provide product training and technical-commercial support to teams and customers.
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize product improvements and new development.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure inventory aligns with forecasts.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and ROI reports.
• Manage product lifecycle to support long-term commercial success.
