Job summary

Evident Inspection Technologies, part of Wabtec Corporation, seeks a Global Product Manager to sustain and grow market share across connected devices, software, and digital workflows. You will collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Sales to execute launches, pricing, and strategic roadmaps.

The role includes leadership of direct reports, alignment with GTM strategies, and global cross-functional coordination to deliver customer value and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field.
• 5+ years product management and/or product marketing experience.
• 2+ years management experience.
• Experience in Test & Measurement or NDT is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Product Roadmap for assigned product lines.
• Collaborate with R&D, PMO and Marketing to align launches and pricing.
• Lead NPI processes and go-to-market strategy.
• Monitor P&L, pricing, and profitability; drive initiatives to improve performance.
• Mentor direct reports and guide cross-functional teams.
• Prepare KPI reporting and drive continuous improvement.
