• BA or BS degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience in successful management of multisite, multi-country projects.
• Self starting and ability to motivate a team.
• Ability to comprehend technical details/technical literacy.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, acknowledge mistakes, and possess emotional intelligence/tact.

Responsabilidades

• Planning and Execution.
• Relationship Management: Requirements internally and externally, giving clear direction and requirements.
• Negotiation: influencing/ negotiation internally externally
• Contract Management: Understand Terms and Conditions of contract; minimize penalties; ensure costs are managed to meet customer requirements.
• Financial Performance: Improve project margin; lead change orders; set financial targets with the Project Financial Analyst.
