IMI plc is seeking a Project Manager for its Houston, TX location. The role focuses on contract compliance, on-time delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction within an engineer-to-order valve manufacturing division.

You will lead a multi-disciplined team including engineering, quality assurance, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure successful project execution from order receipt through delivery and warranty expiration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Engineering degree or related technical degree preferred.
• Experience managing a multi-disciplined project team: engineering, quality control, procurement, manufacturing, cost estimating, delivery/billing, configuration management.
• Knowledge of contracts, US Contract Law, and commercial negotiations best practices.
• Experience with engineered/buyout products for valve/process control industries.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with customers on assigned projects.
• Oversee project life cycle from order receipt to warranty.
• Drive on-time delivery, contract compliance and profitability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: engineering, QA, procurement, production, shipping, finance.
• Manage communications to resolve technical and commercial issues and modify contracts as needed.
• Monitor project risks, revenues, costs, and gross margins.
