IMI plc in Houston, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, QA, procurement, and manufacturing. You will ensure contract compliance, on‑time delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.

Requires 7–10 years PM experience, engineering degree preferred, and strong knowledge of contracts, ERP/CRM tools, and US contract law. Travel up to 10–15% is expected.

Qualificações

• 7-10 years of Project Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field preferred.
• 2-3 years’ work experience in valve/process control industry preferred.
• Experience leading a multi-disciplined project team: engineering, quality, procurement, manufacturing, cost estimating, delivery/billing, and configuration management.
• Knowledge of order management, contracts, US Contract Law, and commercial negotiations.
• Experience with nuclear valve/process control industry preferred.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• ERP/CRM and manufacturing software experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own overall project performance from order receipt through delivery and warranty.
• Coordinate engineering, quality, procurement, production, shipping and finance for on‑time delivery and profitability.
• Interface with customers and manage contract performance and satisfaction.
• Lead project meetings and ensure timely invoicing and milestone progress.
• Identify risks and manage financial forecasts including revenues, costs and gross margin.
