Job summary

Control Associates, Inc. in Allendale, NJ is seeking a Project Manager for Industrial I Final Control.

You will drive scheduling and execution of complex valve, equipment, services, and integrated solutions projects across Emerson units, coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to meet milestones and budget targets. Responsibilities include leading project scope, profitability analysis, and risk management, while applying QMS/ISO 9000 processes and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred)
• 2+ years in a project management/engineering role
• Strong planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• MS Office proficiency
• Experience with ERP systems
• MS Project or similar scheduling tool experience

Responsibilities

• Execute complex valve, equipment, services, and integrated solutions orders from PO to startup/commissioning
• Create and manage internal project schedules, budgets, milestones, and reviews
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to meet milestones
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities across project teams
• Manage day-to-day project scope and risk
• Forecast revenue, profitability, and cost-to-completion
• Ensure proper project documentation and QMS/ISO 9000 alignment
• Monitor invoicing in collaboration with clients
