Job summary

AIG Insurance Company - Puerto Rico is seeking a Multinational Coordinator to support the Issuing Office and coordinate the local portion of the Controlled Master Program. The role requires strong bilingual English/Spanish communication, relationship management with brokers and clients, and hands-on support for multinational policies in a primarily office-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in the insurance industry and handling multinational corporations.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance distribution and different distribution methods.
• Good understanding of in-country Commercial Insurance (Casualty and Property preferable).
• Fully bilingual (English and Spanish; reading, writing and conversational).
• Computer literacy: IT packages, MS Outlook, Excel, Word & Acrobat.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service, organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local portion of Control Master Programs for New Business and renewals.
• Manage communication with Producing Offices, brokers/clients and Shared Service Processing Teams.
• Provide technical and administrative support to Multinational IO Specialist and Producing Offices.
• Manage incoming policy portfolios of non-strategic clients with local brokers.
• Meet or exceed client service expectations for inbound requests.
• Engage with local client/broker inquiries and align with stakeholders.
