Job summary

AIG is seeking a Senior Multinational Client Executive to lead and manage complex multinational fronting programs. You will work with product underwriters, distribution, risk engineers, and claims professionals to design, implement and service multinational programs across borders.

The role demands senior client servicing, regulatory knowledge, and strong collaboration across global teams. The base salary range is $100,000-$120,000 with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years commercial insurance experience (broker or company background).
• Strong knowledge of complex multinational programs and reinsurance structures.
• Experience with global fronting programs including captive and indemnity arrangements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage multinational service activities across the program lifecycle with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide direction to stakeholders across Multinational Business Model to ensure design and delivery of programs.
• Collaborate with underwriters to ensure compliant program structures and timely issuance of documents.
