Job summary

Willis Towers Watson’s Multinational Client Management team seeks a Global Specialist to support advisory, development, and coordination of complex international programs for large corporate clients.

You will work with the State-side brokerage team and global network to optimize coverage, manage a 10–25 client multinational book, and ensure accurate documentation and timely client service in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international business or finance; international business or finance preferred.
• 3–10 years of insurance industry experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of clients' business, priorities, risk strategies, and needs.
• Advise on global risk strategy, program structure, and regulatory nuances.
• Package and present client risk exposures to insurer community for best coverage.
• Design & negotiate non-US Casualty program placements with coverage expertise.
• Handle high-volume documentation and data collection with accuracy and speed.
• Build international market knowledge and help evaluate clients' exposures.
• Coordinate communication with international network and state-side teams.
