Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Director of MSP Offer Development & Service Creation to lead a global team and translate Cohesity's product capabilities into MSP-ready offers that partners can package and sell as managed services.

You will own the service creation framework, collaborate with Product Management and Channel Programs, and drive health checks to ensure offerings are differentiated, profitable, and scalable across regions.

Qualifications

Extensive MSP experience and exposure to how MSPs build, price, and operate managed services.
Experience building a service practice from launch to scale.
Strong knowledge of MSP pricing, margins, and packaging structures.
Experience collaborating with Product Management and Product Marketing to translate capabilities for partners.
Demonstrated people leadership in a distributed or global team.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain Cohesity's MSP service creation framework and assets.
Develop MSP-ready offers with Product Management and Channel Programs.
Lead a global team guiding MSP partners from concept to launch.
Run health checks with partners to improve service design and ARR.
Coordinate across Product, Marketing, MSP Technical Sales, and Channel Programs.
