Job summary

Goldbelt is seeking a Unit Deployment Manager to support PACAF aviation squadron administrative operations. This role prepares and processes personnel for deployments and redeployments to combat zones, exercises, and other assignments, ensuring compliance with DoD and AF guidance.

You will coordinate training, manage mobility documentation, track equipment, and liaison with government travel offices to arrange departures. A Secret clearance and US citizenship are required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of related experience.
• Must have a Secret clearance.
• US citizen
• Ability to travel.
• Top-Secret clearance preferred.
• Experience in squadron mobility office desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-departure training using ARIS and CBRN/Weapons training.
• Serve as Unit Training Manager for Tier 1–2 training requirements.
• Procure and distribute deployment equipment per guidance.
• Prepare and submit purchase requirement lists to squadron leadership.
• Manage deployment reporting in ART and DRRS.
• Cross-train for other admin support functions as needed.
• Interface with CTO and liaisons to arrange travel.
• Maintain mobility folders and DoD AFI compliance.
