Job summary

MANTECH in Oahu, Hawaii seeks a Personnel Operations Analyst to join our team, focusing on deployment management, personnel data, and readiness reviews. The role supports theater-entry documentation, onboarding/offboarding validation, and compliance with US Pacific Command requirements.

The position demands a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency with deployment management software and technical reporting; a Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; additional experience may be substituted for education.
• 3+ years of position-relevant experience.
• Proficiency in deployment management software and technical reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drafts and maintains personnel transition documentation and executes routine reviews of deployment artifacts.
• Maintain analytical data logs for theater-entry metrics and support the preparation of transition Status Reports for senior management.
• Follow SOPs to ensure all personnel movements are conducted with precision and in accordance with safety standards.
• Supports the technical validation of onboarding and offboarding deliverables across the Pacific theater.
• Maintain daily documentation for personnel in-processing activities and assist in tracking theater clearance and visa compliance trends.
• Prepare data summaries for Mission Partner Readiness Reviews and support maintenance of technical documentation for Contingency Deployment Plans within the USPACOM AOR.
