Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Specialist Lead, Global Mobility and Immigration - Relocation Services to lead end-to-end relocation programs for the firm’s professionals in the United States and abroad.

You will manage a portfolio of relocation cases, apply policy and compliance standards, coordinate with real estate, vendors, counsel, and finance, and drive process improvements while ensuring an employee-focused experience and timely, cost-conscious outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 6+ years relocation industry experience including U.S. domestic relocation.
• Experience with relocation expense reimbursement, accounts payable, invoice processing, and financial reconciliation.
• Ability to travel 0–10%, on average, based on client needs.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international relocation cases from intake to closure.
• Develop case plans addressing move type, timelines, and compliance steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, counsel, finance, and other partners to meet service commitments.
• Prepare concise reporting on portfolio status, risks, costs, deadlines, decisions, and recommended actions.
