Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking an Immigration Specialist to partner with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams to support global mobility programs. You will manage employment-based immigration, work with external counsel, and monitor case progress.

The role reports to the Global Mobility Leader and offers a discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits, and remote work options. You will drive process improvements and ensure compliance across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent combo considered.
• 2+ years supporting immigration, global mobility, HR ops, or legal admin in a multinational.
• Experience with employment-based immigration and vendors.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage employment-based immigration programs (work permits, visas, permanent residence).
• Coordinate with external immigration counsel and vendors for case prep, submission, renewal, and tracking.
• Monitor case progress, work authorization validity, visa expirations and compliance; provide updates.
• Serve as a resource on immigration policies, timelines, and mobility matters.
