Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Global Mobility Leader to drive the design and administration of our global mobility programs.

This role partners with HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and business leaders to support talent deployment and regulatory compliance worldwide. You will develop dashboards, analytics, and executive reporting to monitor mobility spend, compliance metrics, and vendor performance while driving process standardization and technology

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Global Mobility or related field.
• Experience managing global mobility programs across regions.
• Strong knowledge of immigration, international tax, payroll, and compliance.
• Experience managing external vendors (relocation, immigration, tax).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute global mobility strategy and administer programs (transfers, assignments, localization, business traveler compliance).
• Ensure compliance with immigration, tax, employment, social security, data privacy regulations; mitigate risk.
• Manage relationships with relocation providers, immigration counsel, tax advisors, and vendors.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Global Travel, Finance, Payroll, Legal for mobility initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor spend, compliance, and vendor performance.
• Drive standardization, process improvement, and technology adoption across mobility programs.
