Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Program Manager, Global Mobility & Immigration to lead and optimize worldwide mobility programs across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and business leaders to drive compliant, scalable processes while delivering an exceptional employee experience.

You will leverage AI, automation, and analytics to streamline workflows, manage costs, and ensure policy adherence, reporting to Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Global Mobility Specialist (GMS), SHRM, SPHR, or related certifications are preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, Global HR Operations, Total Rewards, or a related HR discipline.
• Experience managing global mobility and immigration programs across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian immigration programs and global mobility practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global mobility and immigration programs with strong regulatory compliance across regions.
• Be the primary contact for employees, managers, immigration counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and business leaders to align activities with priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain mobility policies, governance standards, and compliance frameworks.
• Utilize AI, automation, and analytics to improve operations and employee experience.
