SharkNinja is seeking a Program Manager, Global Mobility & Immigration to lead day-to-day execution of mobility programs across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC from Needham, MA. You will partner with HR, Legal, and Finance to deliver scalable, compliant, and employee‑friendly processes.

You will drive global mobility strategy, optimize operations with AI and automation, and ensure a seamless experience for international assignees and applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Global Mobility/Immigration experience.
• Experience managing mobility programs across Americas, EMEA, APAC.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian immigration programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end global mobility and immigration programs across regions.
• Serve as primary contact for employees, managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead policy development, governance standards, and program compliance.
• Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve efficiency.
