SharkNinja is seeking a Global Senior Manager, Early Talent Programs to own the strategy, operations, and growth of Shark Programs and the Early Edge experience. You will act as a strategic advisor to Talent Access leadership, build a recruiting team, and scale programs across multiple cohorts worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of progressive experience.
• Proven leadership of internship or co‑op programs at global scale.
• Experience owning a P&L or program budget of $1M+.
• Strong program management with multiple cohorts.
• Comfort with AI-enabled tools for sourcing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale Shark Programs and Early Edge offerings.
• Build and lead the recruiting and program team.
• Manage global program operations across AI Sharks, Robot Sharks, Social Sharks, and Affiliates.
• Oversee intake standards, sourcing strategy, and candidate experience.
• Partner with campus relations and employer brand to diversify pipelines.
• Provide executive‑ready readouts and data storytelling.
