Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Program Manager, Global Mobility & Immigration, to lead and continuously improve our worldwide mobility programs across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and business leaders to ensure compliant, cost-effective mobility solutions while delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, you will leverage AI, analytics, and digital tools to optimize processes, governance, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Global Mobility Specialist (GMS), SHRM, SPHR, or related certifications preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, Global HR Operations, Total Rewards, or a related HR discipline.
• Experience managing global mobility and immigration programs across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment-based immigration programs and global mobility practices.
• Experience managing complex immigration case portfolios, international assignments, relocations, and globally mobile employee populations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end global mobility and immigration programs across regions with regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary contact for employees, managers, counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Act as SME for U.S. and Canadian immigration; partner with external counsel for regional needs.
• Oversee visa sponsorships, renewals, permanent residency, and work authorization processes.
• Align mobility activities with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation, assignment structures, and relocation support.
• Develop, implement, and maintain mobility policies and procedures.
• Lead process improvements using AI, automation, and digital tools.
