SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Manager, Global People Experience (HR) Operations to design and lead a scalable operating model across the Americas and beyond. You will partner with executives to optimize employee experiences, governance, and data integrity while driving AI-enabled enhancements across HR processes.

You will oversee across-the-globe initiatives with cross-functional teams and shape the future of People Operations within a fast-growing consumer products company.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, People Experience, HR Transformation, or a related discipline.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud ownership of business process design and optimization.
• Experience leading global HR Operations or People Experience with regional execution.
• Experience leading enterprise HR transformation initiatives, including system implementations, operating model evolution, and process standardization.
• Demonstrated success implementing AI-enabled HR capabilities, workflow automation, and digital employee experiences.
• Strong analytical skills with data governance, metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence leaders at all levels.
