Job summary

SharkNinja seeks a Global Senior Manager, Early Talent Programs to own strategy, operations, and growth of Shark Programs and the Early Edge experience. You will work with Talent Access leadership and executives to scale cohorts, expand into new markets, and build the team needed for sustained, high‑impact programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Proven leadership of internship/co‑op cohorts at a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end portfolio strategy and expansion for SharkNinja's Early Talent Programs.
• Build and lead the recruiting and program team, including budget ownership.
• Operate across global cohorts, onboarding, scope charters, and 30/45‑day scorecard reviews.
• Develop university relations, campus partnerships, and employer branding across US hubs and international markets.
• Track performance metrics and provide executive‑ready readouts to sponsors.
