Job summary

SharkNinja seeks a Senior Manager, Global People Experience (HR) Operations to lead a scalable operating model across the Americas and collaborate with global teams. This role partners with Total Rewards and HRIS to simplify processes and drive data integrity while enabling rapid business growth.

You will guide operational adoption of Oracle HCM Cloud, oversee change management, and champion AI-enabled HR capabilities to improve the employee experience and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, information systems, or related discipline.
• 8–10+ years in HR Operations, People Experience, HR transformation, or related field.
• Experience scaling HR Operations in high-growth environments with 4,000+ employees.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and ownership of business process design.
• Experience in global HR Operations or People Experience with balancing standards and regional execution.
• Leading HR transformation initiatives, including system implementations and process standardization.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled HR capabilities and workflow automation.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
