Job summary
Honda is seeking a Sr. Specialist in Global Mobility to oversee talent mobility programs across US, Canada, and Mexico.
You will manage international assignments, relocation, and program governance while partnering with HR, Tax, Legal, and vendors to ensure compliant, smooth experiences for associates. You'll lead end-to-end lifecycle activities, develop frameworks, track program metrics, and support leadership development initiatives in a highly collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years in global mobility, talent management, or related HR disciplines.
- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full lifecycle of global assignments including initiation, cost estimates, relocation, onboarding and repatriation.
- Coordinate regional rotations, development programs, and succession-aligned placements.
- Partner with Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and vendors to administer allowances and services.
- Ensure immigration, tax, and employment compliance across US, Canada, and Mexico.
- Monitor milestones, risks, and associate concerns; escalate when needed.
