Reporting to the VP of Global Benefits and Mobility, you will shape mobility strategy, govern policy, and drive a high-performing team and global vendor network to deliver compliant, scalable solutions for a worldwide workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive global mobility experience in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience leading global mobility functions within a large multinational.
• Experience shaping mobility strategy, governance, and enterprise-wide programs.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing across complex orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead HPE's global mobility portfolio including immigration, relocation, and cross-border compliance.
• Define and execute the global employee mobility strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, vendor spend, and cost optimization across mobility programs.
• Maintain governance frameworks and compliance standards across all jurisdictions.
• Mentor a high-performing global team and drive transformation through innovation.
