Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Global Head of Employee Mobility to lead the worldwide mobility portfolio, encompassing immigration, relocation, and cross-border compliance. This senior role reports to the VP of Global Benefits and Mobility and oversees a global team and vendor network to deliver scalable, employee-centric programs.

You will shape strategy, governance, and transformation across geographies, partnering with HR, Legal, Payroll, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in global mobility in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading global mobility functions within a large multinational organization.
• Proven experience developing and implementing global mobility strategy, governance frameworks, and enterprise-wide programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead HPE’s global mobility portfolio, including immigration, mobility tax, relocation, business traveler, cross-border workforce compliance, and remote work programs.
• Define and execute HPE’s global employee mobility strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, talent priorities, workforce planning initiatives and compliance.
• Develop and oversee all aspects of program operations including global mobility budgets, financial forecasting, vendor spend, and program cost optimization initiatives.
• Monitor external regulatory developments and labor market trends, proactively adapting policies and programs to meet evolving business and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the executive mobility advisor to senior leadership, HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on complex workforce mobility and compliance matters.
• Establish and maintain global governance frameworks, policies, controls, and compliance standards across all mobility programs and jurisdictions.
