Job summary

Anthropic seeks a senior Mobile Device Program lead to design and execute a corporate issued mobile device strategy across regions. You will own device standards, enrollment, policy, and lifecycle while coordinating with security and logistics teams to ensure scalable, secure fleet management.

You will drive telemetry, app distribution, and rapid rollout of configurations in a hybrid work model, balancing BYOD and corporate devices to support global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience.
• Strong background in mobile device management and enterprise platforms.
• Experience running a global, multi-region device program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design the corporate issued mobile device program across regions.
• Own global hardware logistics, regional coverage, spares and refresh cycles.
• Integrate mobile config into the config‑as‑code pipeline and CI.
• Build zero-touch enrollment and managed accounts across iOS/Android.
• Own device lifecycle, policy, and compliance for the fleet.
• Develop telemetry to monitor device state at scale.
• Oversee app distribution and update rollout for mobile fleets.
• Partner with Security on device posture and trust signals.
• Define coexistence of BYOD and corporate issued devices.
