Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced leader to design and implement a corporate-issued mobile device program across regions. You will own the platform decisions, including global logistics, zero‑touch enrollment, and telemetry, guiding the fleet from design to production.

You will work with iOS and Android device management, self-hosted MDM, and config‑as‑code pipelines, ensuring security, compliance, and scalable rollout across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing global or multi‑region mobile device programs at scale.
• Deep iOS device management experience including Apple Business Manager and ADE.
• Experience with Android device management in a mixed fleet.
• Configuration as code and infrastructure learned beyond consoles.
• Experience with self‑hosted MDM, AWS, Terraform, and telemetry driven rollout.

Responsibilities

• Design the corporate-issued mobile device program across regions.
• Own global hardware procurement logistics, regional coverage, and refresh cycles.
• Integrate mobile config into config‑as‑code pipelines.
• Build zero‑touch enrollment using Apple Business Manager and ADE.
• Own policy, compliance, and device lifecycle for the fleet.
• Build telemetry to track device state, OS, and patching.
• Oversee managed app distribution and rollout from approvals.
• Partner with Corporate Security on device posture and travel devices.
• Define coexistence of corporate‑issued and BYOD devices.
