Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an engineering leader to run the Business Technology organization. You will lead Platforms and Forward Deployed tracks, shaping roadmaps, partnering with Legal, Security, GTM, and Product to align internal systems with external patterns.

You will hire, grow, and mentor a global team and collaborate with executives across the business to drive adoption and reliability. Reporting to the Head of Business Technology and IT, you will craft the vision for how Anthropic runs its

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering with 6+ years leading engineers.
• Experience managing managers and an organization of 20+ across multiple domains.
• Proven ability to run internal tools/platforms with reliability and adoption.
• Strong technical judgment across architectures and eval design.
• Ability to align with Legal, Workplace, Product Ops, and other leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a global org of engineers; hire, level and develop the leads under you.
• Develop and execute a year‑plus roadmap for how functions work with Claude, and the success metrics.
• Run the Platforms track: reliability, velocity and scale of Claude Support and the platform layer.
• Run the Forward Deployed track: engagement portfolio, prioritization across functions, handoffs to durable owners.
• Be the technical executive partner to the leaders of Legal, Workplace, Comms, Product Ops and Product Support.
• Represent how Anthropic runs internally to Enterprise customers alongside GTM.
