Job summary

TransGlobal is seeking a Sr Manager, Information Security to lead global IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and US-based vendor management. This role supervises design, implementation, and operations of secure, scalable technology supporting cross-border growth, reporting to the CTO.

Preferred work location is Monrovia 3-4 days/week and Diamond Bar 1-2 days/week. Responsibilities include directing IT service delivery, establishing governance and standards, and driving compliance with NIST, ISO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT or Cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Strong hands-on expertise in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure (cloud, network, enterprise systems).
• Proven experience establishing IT governance, security frameworks, and operational standards.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Software Development, and QA teams.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate scalable global IT infrastructure.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of technology platforms.
• Lead IT service delivery and support operations.
• Develop infrastructure standards and roadmaps.
• Own security policies, controls, and risk management.
• Oversee US vendor and partner management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align infra and security with development needs.
