You will partner with Sales, Purchasing, IT, Finance, and Microsoft stakeholders to standardize workflows, drive reporting, and mentor leaders, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of operational leadership, governance, reporting, and contracts experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional Microsoft licensing and partner program operations.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and manage complex workflows.
• Strong analytics, dashboards, and scorecard development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for local and international Microsoft operational teams, ensuring priorities are aligned across current and future workflows.
• Develop and manage performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to improve visibility and accountability.
• Drive governance, standardization, and documentation for scalable execution.
• Partner with Sales, IT, Finance, and vendor leadership to align priorities and improve operational effectiveness.
• Communicate with vendor leadership using Microsoft terminology to support escalations and program alignment.
• Oversee licensing support, contract routing, license order management, and lifecycle activities.
• Drive process optimization across internal and international operations and handoffs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve challenges and improve efficiency.
• Forecast capacity and workforce requirements to support growth and employee well-being.
