Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an IAM to manage day‑to‑day Microsoft account operations. You will extend the Licensing Strategist, handling pricing, quotes, orders, and entitlement submissions, while ensuring accurate, timely processing and high customer satisfaction.

You’ll collaborate with Licensing Strategists, Customer Success, and Microsoft stakeholders to optimize licensing programs and drive ongoing customer value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking with ability to synthesize licensing, financial, and contractual data.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in pricing, entitlements, and documentation.
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proactive ownership and customer advocacy in cross-functional settings.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities with time discipline.
  • Adaptability to evolving licensing programs and customer requirements.
  • Experience working with sales, services, and partner teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the operational extension of the Licensing Strategist for Microsoft accounts.
  • Handle licensing, quoting, ordering, and administrative tasks for Microsoft programs.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes across CSP, EA, MPSA, and other licensing programs.
  • Coordinate order placement, contract processing, and entitlement submissions.
  • Validate pricing, eligibility, and documentation prior to submission.
  • Support customer retention with responsive operational assistance.
  • Drive process improvements to reduce turnaround times and improve quality.
  • Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support long-term success.
