Lenovo is seeking a Supporting Project Manager to enable enterprise organization and GTM transformation initiatives. You will provide hands-on project coordination, planning, tracking, and execution support across cross-functional workstreams to deliver initiatives on time and aligned to strategic goals.

Working with program leaders and stakeholders, you translate strategy into actionable plans, drive disciplined execution, maintain visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies, and help

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required
• 2+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, consulting, business operations, or related roles
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex, cross‑functional initiatives
• Experience working in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities
• Familiarity with organization transformation, operating model changes, or GTM initiatives is highly desirable

Responsabilités

• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of organization and GTM transformation initiatives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities across sales, marketing, operations, product, finance, and enabling functions
• Maintain action logs, decision trackers, and risk registers
• Support cadence management for program meetings, steering committees, and working sessions
• Support coordination across business and functional teams
• Support stakeholder alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes
• Help ensure accountability for commitments and follow‑through
• Track progress against target and financial commitments
• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor initiative performance
• Collect and analyze data to inform decision‑making and progress tracking
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve execution effectiveness
