Arrow Electronics is seeking a Strategic Procurement Contracts Manager to join our Global Procurement Operations and Contracts Management team in Denver. You will accelerate RFPs, lead complex contract redlining, and manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including CLM tooling, partnering with Global Category Managers and Legal teams.

The role requires strong legal risk awareness, sourcing acumen, and the ability to coordinate with global suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract management, legal operations, or strategic sourcing within a global procurement organization.
• Global scope: managing global agreements with Legal teams to navigate international laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of indemnification clauses, IP rights, and liability.
• Experience with CLM tools and redlining processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft & redline MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and SaaS agreements.
• Own the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool and ensure metadata accuracy and renewals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Global Vendor Management, Legal, Finance and IT.
• Monitor supplier performance against contracts and SLAs; resolve disputes if needed.
